At Hope Speaks, LLC, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based speech and swallowing services that empower individuals of all ages to communicate confidently, connect meaningfully, and improve their quality of life. With more than 30 years of experience serving patients ages 1 to 90, we are dedicated to treating every client with dignity, encouragement, and personalized care.

Meet Kristen Parsons, M.S., CCC-SLP, Owner and SLP for Hope Speaks, LLC
Kristen Parsons is an ASHA-certified and Kentucky State Board licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with more than 30 years of experience helping individuals across the lifespan. She has worked in schools, home-health, skilled nursing, telehealth, and early intervention settings. Her passion is helping people communicate more effectively, swallow more safely, and participate more fully in everyday life.
She is a lifelong resident of Kentucky and is passionate about bringing quality services to our area through increasing service types outside of the traditional, brick-and-mortar clinic setting. Through the use of mobile offices and teletherapy models, she seeks to increase access to specialized speech-language care.
Fees
Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
We are currently in the process of credentialing with major insurance providers and Kentucky Medicaid to better serve our local community. In the meantime, we operate on a private-pay basis. We recommend contacting us directly to get the most up-to-date information on our network status.
If Hope Speaks is out-of-network can I get reimbursed?
Yes. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a Superbill (a detailed, coded medical receipt). You can submit this directly to your insurance company for potential partial or full reimbursement depending on your plan.
What are your private-pay rates?
